Munger, Tolles & Olson Receives AAAJ-LA Volunteer Recognition Award

Munger, Tolles & Olson received the Volunteer Recognition Award from Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles (AAAJ-LA) on Feb. 20, 2019.

Representing the firm at AAAJ-LA’s Pro Bono Advisory Council Volunteer Awards Mixer, Anjan Choudhury, Elizabeth A. Kim, Susan S. Har and Nefi D. Acosta were recognized for their “outstanding commitment to assisting [AAAJ-LA] with…litigation work challenging the City of Los Angeles’ controversial Countering Violent Extremism program.”

AAAJ-LA is the nation’s largest legal services and civil rights organization focused on serving and empowering the Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities, as well as advocating on behalf of these communities.
