Munger, Tolles & Olson Receives the Highest Level of Mansfield Certification For Advancing Diversity in Law Firm Leadership Ranks
Once again Munger, Tolles & Olson has attained Mansfield Certification Plus status from Diversity Lab. This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has received the highest level of certification.
MTO was recognized for its demonstrable commitment to moving the needle on diversity in law firm leadership following completion of a rigorous 12-month certification period with built-in measurement, transparency and accountability mechanisms.

Mansfield aims to increase and sustain diversity in leadership within law firms by broadening and diversifying the pool of lawyers who are considered in recruiting, firm governance opportunities, promotions and firm leadership positions. Certification Plus status is achieved by firms that not only took deliberate steps to expand the list of those considered for leadership , but also achieved diverse representation in key leadership positions during this past year.
