Rose Leda Ehler Named Media & Entertainment MVP by Law360

Rose Leda Ehler was named an MVP by Law360 for her Media & Entertainment practice on October 5, 2020.

Ms. Ehler earned this distinction based on her lengthy experience as lead counsel for notable media and entertainment companies coupled with her tackling the challenges presented by rapidly evolving technology designed to subvert copyright protection. Among many other achievements, Ms. Ehler was honored for representing the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), including Disney, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Bros., in securing a $50 million damages award and a permanent injunction shutting down Omniverse, a long-time distributor of unauthorized streams of copyrighted movie and television content.
