Sean P. Barry

Sean Barry is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Mr. Barry’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and investigations. He has experience litigating in state and federal court, including writing dispositive motions, working with expert witnesses, taking depositions, and managing discovery. Mr. Barry also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Barry clerked for Judge Morgan Christen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Fernando M. Olguin of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Barry earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was named a Michael T. Masin Scholar and awarded the Melville B. Nimmer Memorial Prize. He also served as a discourse editor for the UCLA Law Review and participated in the Supreme Court Clinic.
