Leonardo Mangat is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Mangat clerked for Justice Goodwin H. Liu of the Supreme Court of California and for Judge Henry F. Floyd of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Mangat received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, magna cum laude, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an executive editor for the Cornell Law Review. He received his B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
