Shuyu Sun

Shuyu Sun is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Prior to joining the firm, Shuyu was an associate at a leading New York law firm, where she represented clients in complex civil matters across federal courts. She has experience handling high-stakes commercial disputes, including those involving antitrust, securities, corporate governance and regulatory investigations.

While at Harvard Law School, Shuyu served on the executive board of the Harvard International Law Journal and was an article editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. She also served as an oralist for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and was co-president of the China Law Association.
