

Overview
Sahil Alim is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Sahil externed with the Office of the State’s Attorney New Haven Judicial District, in Connecticut, where he argued a motion defending the constitutionality of the state’s gun licensing regime. Previously, he was a summer associate at MTO, providing research and writing support on active litigation matters. He also served as a summer associate at an Am Law 100 firm, preparing legal memoranda for complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
At Yale Law School, Sahil was named a prize trial finalist in the Thomas Swan Barristers’ Union Trial Competition and subsequently served the organization as a board member. He received a Coker Fellowship to instruct first-year students on legal writing and also worked as a teaching assistant for courses in contracts and statutory interpretation. Additionally, Sahil was the executive managing editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.
