Overview

Daniel Kane is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Before joining the firm, Daniel worked for several years in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. As an attorney in the Appellate Section, he represented the United States before the U.S. Courts of Appeals, briefing more than 20 cases and arguing nine. He also drafted more than 50 briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and advised the U.S. Solicitor General on criminal appeals.
