Zachary Briers Recognized as 2022 Technology Rising Star by Law360

Munger Tolles partner Zachary Briers was recognized by Law360 as a 2022 Technology Rising Star, a recognition awarded to the top attorneys under 40 nationally based on their career accomplishments in their respective practice areas.

Mr. Briers was one of only five attorneys recognized nationwide in the area of technology.

Law360 highlighted Mr. Briers work on Intel’s multijurisdictional sale of his NAND memory business to SK hynix for $9 billion and Weta Digital’s sale of its visual effects division to Unity Software for $1.625 billion, as well as his ongoing representation of YouTube in a putative class action involving content moderators.
