Munger, Tolles & Olson to Host the 2023 West Coast Securities Litigation Regional CLE Program

Munger, Tolles & Olson will host the 2023 West Coast Securities Litigation Regional CLE Program on Friday, May 5 at the Los Angeles office. 

The program will feature three panels on securities class actions, derivative and fiduciary duty litigation and SEC enforcement. MTO partners Achyut Phadke, co-chair of the ABA’s Securities Litigation Committee, John Berry and John Gildersleeve will be moderating and speaking at the event alongside other leading securities/shareholder litigation and SEC enforcement practitioners.

The program’s panels will cover recent trends and decisions in the securities class action space, the current landscape of derivative and fiduciary duty law, and SEC trends and enforcement priorities among other topics.
