Jonathan Blavin Recognized in the Daily Journal’s 2026 Leading Commercial Litigators List 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Jonathan Blavin has been named a 2026 Leading Commercial Litigator by the Daily Journal. The award recognizes the top litigation attorneys across the country. 

For the second consecutive year, Jonathan was honored for his work defending technology companies in high-stakes litigation, including matters involving product liability and public nuisance theories that seek to expand tort law to online platforms, artificial intelligence and video games. 

“Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to cases involving cutting-edge technologies because I love the challenge of applying and adapting traditional legal frameworks to new technological innovations,” Jonathan said. 

His recent representations include Snap in social media addiction litigation, Character.AI in product liability litigation and Electronic Arts in video game addiction litigation.
