Jeremy Kreisberg to Speak at ABA’s National Parent Representation Conference 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Jeremy Kreisberg will speak at the American Bar Association’s National Parent Representation Conference, taking place virtually on September 16-17. The conference is co-sponsored by the ABA Center on Children and the Law and the National Alliance for Parent Representation. 

Jeremy will participate in a panel titled “Arguing Strict Scrutiny in Child Welfare Cases,” which will examine the constitutional principles courts apply in proceedings to terminate parental rights. The panel will explore how legal teams can use those principles to advance strict scrutiny arguments and hold the government to a high burden when it seeks to terminate parental rights.
