Nicholas Fram to Discuss Wildfire Litigation with Association of Business Trial Lawyers
Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Nicholas Fram will participate in the upcoming panel entitled “Navigating Infernos: Advanced Fire Litigation” on May 22, 2025, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero in San Francisco.
Hosted by the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ Northern California group and moderated by the Hon. Nancy Fineman of San Mateo County Superior Court, this program will feature attorneys who have been litigating complex fire cases in California and other jurisdictions. They will provide an overview of critical legal strategies, explain how to navigate origin and cause investigations, and discuss discovery issues. The program will also address the real-life impact of fires on plaintiffs and defendants and discuss innovative settlement structures and resolution models.
This activity has been approved for MCLE by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 hour of general credit, as appropriate to the content of the activity.
