MTO Recognized in the California Senate for Defending the Rule of Law

Munger, Tolles & Olson is honored that California State Senator Thomas J. Umberg, Chair of the California Senate Judiciary Committee, introduced Senate Concurrent Resolution 66 to commemorate MTO and other law firms who are defending the legal profession against recent Executive Orders.

“Now, more than ever, it is important to reaffirm our belief in America’s unique system of checks and balances and honor those who work to uphold the rule of law,” said Senator Umberg.
