With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Berry specializes in white collar defense, internal investigations and securities litigation. Since joining MTO in 2019, Mr. Berry has prevailed in numerous matters. He secured a favorable settlement and the dismissal of a shareholder class action facing a SPAC-formed public company, the dismissal of a shareholder action filed against a fortune 100 company and the termination of several SEC investigations of fortune 100 companies and executives.
