Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Justin Raphael Set as Event Panelist for the ABA’s 72nd Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

We are pleased to share that Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Justin Raphael will appear as an event panelist at the American Bar Association’s 72nd Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, which will take place from April 10-12 in Washington, D.C. The ABA Spring Meeting is open to members and non-members alike and convenes all who are involved in AI, competition, consumer protection, data privacy and antitrust law.

Mr. Raphael will serve as a panelist in the “New Frontiers in Market Definition” session on Thursday, April 11, which will include a discussion on the ever-evolving views of market definition, the legal and economic tools for defining markets, whether market definition still matters and more.

Mr. Raphael’s practice is focused on antitrust litigation, including antitrust claims related to digital platforms, technology and intellectual property, as well as complex civil litigation.
