Munger, Tolles & Olson was recognized as a 2024 “Tipping the Scales” firm for advancement towards gender parity in promotions to partnership. The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2024 New Partner Report highlighted MTO and other firms for having 50% or more women among their 2024 new partners. This is the third time the firm has received this honor since its inception in 2019.
