John Berry to Speak on SEC Developments at Securities Enforcement Forum West
Munger, Tolles & Olson partner John Berry will speak at the 2024 Securities Enforcement Forum West next week, on Thursday, May 23, at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley in East Palo Alto, California. Mr. Berry will participate in the first panel of the day, entitled “SEC Practice — Developments in Administrative Proceedings, Trials, Testimony, Wells Process, Settlements and More,” at 8:10 a.m. PST.
The Securities Enforcement Forum West is a one-day conference with current and former senior SEC officials discussing the most important issues in SEC enforcement and private securities litigation. The conference will showcase two keynote addresses from SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal and U.S. Attorney Ismail Ramsey.
