Bethany Kristovich Makes Guest Appearance on “Law, disrupted” Podcast
Munger, Tolles & Olson trial attorney Bethany Kristovich joined host John Quinn in the newest episode of the “Law, disrupted” podcast.
Quinn, founder and chairman of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, is regarded as one of the world’s top trial lawyers and regularly discusses legal issues surrounding new technologies and current events with industry professionals in “Law, disrupted.” During their conversation, the two discussed the significance of Ms. Kristovich’s very first case at MTO, a legal malpractice case with name partner Ron Olson and partner Kevin Allred. They also discussed unique aspects of legal malpractice cases and ways in which lawyers can protect themselves from malpractice claims.
On developing close client relationships and having law firms as clients, Ms. Kristovich said, “I think that, for someone who grew up an introvert, actually getting to know other lawyers and getting to work with them and getting to know people on the client side…I never thought that that would be my favorite part of the job, but it is by far.”
