Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Miriam Kim to Speak at Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement and Litigation Conference

On January 31, partner Miriam Kim will speak at the Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement and Litigation San Francisco Conference. In its sixth year, the invitation-only conference focuses on current developments and trends in trade secret protections and litigation.

Ms. Kim will be one of several panelists participating in “Trade Secrets Theft: Civil Litigation,” a panel that will focus on topics ranging from litigation best practices to the key takeaways from recent cases.

Ms. Kim’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and high-stakes investigations, with an emphasis on trade secret matters, marketing and false advertising claims and technology disputes. Over the course of her career, she has received numerous accolades including being named a Top Trade Secret Lawyer by The Daily Journal and most recently a Woman Leader in Tech Law by The Recorder.
