Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Carolyn Hoecker Luedtke Set as Advanced Trade Secrets Panelist at Practising Law Institute Program on Trade Secrets

Munger, Tolles & Olson litigation partner Carolyn Hoecker Luedtke will be a speaker at Practising Law Institute’s upcoming “Advanced Trade Secrets 2023: New Challenges, New Solutions, and New Opportunities” program that will be held on October 17 in San Francisco.  

By bringing together experts and thought leaders, the one-day program is designed to help those responsible for assisting clients in protecting, exploiting and sharing intellectual property; structuring business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and related due diligence; and litigating and resolving business disputes. 

Ms. Luedtke has significant experience in trade secret matters, both in situations involving employee mobility, where individuals move from one competitor to another, and in cases involving allegations of trade secret theft in connection with business relationships, non-disclosure agreements, joint ventures, due diligence and partnerships. Ms. Luedtke also has an active practice counseling clients on trade secret protection plans, as well as conducting investigations into the potential theft or receipt of trade secret information.
