Munger, Tolles & Olson Co-Managing Partner Hailyn Chen and Associate Lauren Barnett to Speak at the ABA Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference
Munger, Tolles & Olson Co-Managing Partner Hailyn Chen and associate Lauren Barnett will be speakers at the 2023 ABA Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference—a three-day litigation conference highlighting women leading for success in the courtroom, judiciary and in the legal profession. The conference will be held from November 1-3 at San Diego Mission Bay Resort in San Diego, California.
Ms. Chen will speak Friday, November 3 in a session titled, “Being the Boss:
Creating Change by Being at the Top.” She will discuss her experience leading MTO, her journey rising through the ranks and her work to eliminate bias in the profession.
Ms. Barnett will serve as a moderator on Thursday, November 2 in a session titled, “Discussion with Women Mediators: Practical Tips to Wow the Mediator and Your Client.” She will lead a panel discussion on strategies for effective mediation and client advocacy.
This year's conference will feature nine plenary programs, seven of which offer CLE credit, and several networking events. Connect with leading litigators, judges, mediators and in-house counsel from around the country.
