Munger, Tolles & Olson Once Again Named to National Law Journal’s Appellate Hot List
The National Law Journal named Munger, Tolles & Olson to its Appellate Hot List, an annual list that honors law firms engaging in exemplary appellate advocacy on behalf of clients.
This is the third time the firm has been recognized as a winner on the Appellate Hot List in the past 5 years.
Munger Tolles was recognized for its appellate victories, which included two U.S. Supreme Court cases—American Hospital Association v. Becerra, which successfully challenged a major Medicare reimbursement rule and restored $1.2 billion in annual hospital subsidies, and California v. Texas, which upheld the Affordable Care Act.
Additionally, Munger Tolles handled more than 80 federal appeals and a number of appeals in state supreme courts across the country from California to Delaware.
