Partner Lisa Demsky Named as Top White Collar Lawyer in California

Lisa Demsky is among the 25 attorneys to be named in the Daily Journal’s Top White Collar Lawyers  in California.

She was recognized for her excellence in guiding clients through emergencies with her expertise in white collar investigations and crisis management.
 
The Daily Journal published an article about Ms. Demsky’s work, highlighting some of the most recent prominent matters she has handled such as her defense of Pacific Gas & Electric Co. in years-long investigations stemming from a wildfire in 2017.

In the article, Ms. Demsky spoke about her approach to handling investigations and crisis management.

“You want to analyze and develop legal defenses even before there is prosecutorial involvement,” Ms. Demsky told the Daily Journal in an interview. “When something tragic happens, clients want to address it – but that doesn’t mean that there was a crime or criminal intent.”
