Hailyn Chen Discusses University Vaccine Mandates with The Chronicle of Higher Education
Munger, Tolles & Olson Co-Managing Partner, Hailyn Chen, was interviewed by The Chronicle of Higher Education for an article entitled, “Full Approval of Covid Vaccine Frees Up Some Colleges to Make Mandates Official,” published on August 23, 2021.
Hailyn shared her perspectives on COVID-19 vaccine mandates at colleges and universities amid the FDA’s full approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. She highlighted that such mandates have been repeatedly upheld in the courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Hailyn is a litigation partner and Co-Managing Partner of the firm. She focuses her practice on complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense and government investigations.
