The Steady State Files Amicus Brief in U.S. v Michael Flynn

Munger, Tolles & Olson filed an amicus brief in United States v. Michael Flynn on behalf of The Steady State on June 10, 2020.

The Steady State is an organization of almost 200 former U.S. national security officials. The brief argues that the position of the Department of Justice in seeking to dismiss criminal charges against Mr. Flynn (1) is wrong from an intelligence perspective in arguing that his admitted misstatements to FBI agents were not material, and (2) is inconsistent with the rule of law.
