Grace Davis Fisher to Speak at Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ 52nd Annual Seminar

Munger, Tolles & Olson Associate Grace Davis Fisher will speak at the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ (ABTL) 52nd Annual Seminar taking place October 8-11 in Carlsbad, California. This year’s seminar is titled “Litigation in 2026: Effective Advocacy in the Age of AI, Fake News, and the Vanishing Attention Span” and will convene attendees for a weekend of educational programming.
Grace will join federal and state judges and leading in-house and plaintiffs’ counsel for a panel titled “Right-Sizing Litigation: Bench and Bar Strategies for Managing Overburdened Dockets.” The panelists will discuss the role of early triage and case architecture; dealing with mass actions; tips and tricks for tailoring discovery and motion practice to the issues that matter most; and conducting targeted pre-ADR work to help bring a case to a mutually agreeable resolution.
