Elaine Goldenberg to Discuss Evolving Legal Risks at MBA’s Compliance and Risk Management Conference 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Elaine Goldenberg will speak at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Compliance and Risk Management Conference, to be held September 27-29 in Washington, D.C. 

During her September 28 session, Elaine will join fellow panelists in drawing on their experience in high-stakes Supreme Court and appellate litigation to discuss how courts are approaching various legal doctrines affecting the banking industry, including doctrines relating to the scope of administrative authority. The panel will explore litigation trends and the potential implications of recent court decisions.
