Elaine Goldenberg and Jeremy Kreisberg Speak at Legal Management Resources’ Law Firm General Counsel Roundtable 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partners Elaine Goldenberg and Jeremy Kreisberg spoke at the Legal Management Resources’ Law Firm General Counsel Roundtable, which was held on January 21-22 in Houston. Elaine and Jeremy led a session titled “Law Firms in the New Normal” in which they discussed challenges facing law firms during the current Administration. Elaine and Jeremy explained the arguments law firms are making in critical litigation and addressed the important role that attorneys play in defending the rule of law. The Legal Management Resources’ General Counsel Roundtable aims to enhance law firm leaders’ expertise through educational programs, surveys, networking and career resources.

Elaine focuses her practice on appeals and complex litigation and represents a spectrum of clients in high-stakes appellate litigation. Elaine has argued 12 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous cases in federal and state appellate courts. 

Jeremy focuses his practice on appeals and complex litigation. He has represented commercial and government entities in high-profile litigation before trial courts and appeals courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He also represents trade associations, communications companies and law firms in high-stakes litigation matters.
