Brad Brian Recognized in the Daily Journal’s 2025 Distinguished Counsel List 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Firm Chair Brad Brian has been recognized in the Daily Journal’s 2025 Distinguished Counsel list, which honors attorneys who have appeared on the Top 100 Lawyers list more than 15 times in the history of the publication.

Brad is recognized for his high-profile litigation work, including for clients such as Hawaiian Electric, PG&E, MGM Resorts, Netflix and Transocean. For more than 25 years, he has been called upon to take the most challenging cases to trial, often taking over just weeks before trial or after large verdicts. As a lawyer, Brad highlights the importance of listening: “Everybody thinks a great courtroom lawyer is a great orator,” he said. “But the one talent that I think is under emphasized is the ability to listen.”
