Bethany Kristovich to Discuss Bellwether Trials and Global Resolution at TLMT O’ahu 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Bethany Kristovich will speak at the Trial Lawyers of Mass Torts (TLMT) 2026 program in Hawai’i, taking place November 9-12 at The Ritz-Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay. The conference brings together judges, attorneys and other legal professionals to discuss developments in mass torts, class actions and complex litigation. 

Bethany will participate in a panel titled “For Whom the Bell Tolls: Bellwether Trials and the Path to Global Resolution.” The session will focus on the relationship between bellwether trials and efforts to achieve broader resolution of complex litigation.
