Adam Kwon Discusses IP Protection and Litigation Readiness at KOIPA LA Seminar 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Associate Adam Kwon discussed IP protection and litigation response strategies at the 2025 Intellectual Property Seminar held on November 4 at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles.

Hosted by the Korea Intellectual Property Protection Agency (KOIPA) LA IP Center, in conjunction with the Ministry of Intellectual Property and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea (Los Angeles), the annual seminar serves as a forum for U.S. and Korean experts in advanced technology, K-brands and intellectual property to discuss emerging trends and policies for strengthening international IP frameworks.

In addition to his work at MTO, Adam serves on the Board of Directors and as Secretary for the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (LAIPLA).
