
Rebecca Ho is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable Raymond W. Gruender of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She also worked as a summer associate at MTO and three other law firms in matters involving copyright, employment, information privacy, international litigation, and patent prosecution, and externed for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. During her time at Berkeley, she received the Jurisprudence Award in three courses and served as a senior student publications editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She was a Berkeley Center for Law & Technology Scholar, a Dean’s Fellow, a Business Law Certificate recipient, and a fellow of both the Korea Law Center and the Miller Institute for Global Challenges and the Law.
Before law school, Rebecca earned undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering and systems engineering with a minor in economics from Washington University in St. Louis. As a varsity tennis player, Rebecca was a seven-time All-American and was named national senior player of the year. She also earned a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked as a radio frequency engineer in the Advanced Development Programs at Lockheed Martin, where she designed and tested antennas. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
