Miranda Rehaut is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation at all stages, from pre-complaint disputes through discovery, motion practice and trial.

Miranda has represented clients in various industries, including technology, construction, energy, utilities and financial services. Her experience includes drafting and opposing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, managing discovery and examining trial witnesses.

Within the firm, Miranda has served on the Management Committee as one of two associate representatives elected by their peers.

Miranda was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law School, where she served as a staff editor on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and the Jailhouse Lawyers Manual and received the Wilfred Feinberg Prize for top performance in Federal Courts. She was a summer associate at MTO during law school.

Prior to joining the firm, Miranda worked as a legal intern at the Civil Rights Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office and at LatinoJustice, a New York-based national civil rights organization serving the Latino community. She also served as an intern in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs during the Obama administration.
