Miles Unterreiner is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judge Daniel P. Collins of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Justice Leondra R. Kruger of the Supreme Court of California. He also worked as a judicial extern for Judge Michelle T. Friedland of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Justice Joshua P. Groban of the Supreme Court of California.
Mr. Unterreiner earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review, and Managing Editor for the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.
He earned an M.Phil in political theory from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar; an M.A. in history from Stanford University; and a B.A. in history with honors and distinction from Stanford University.
