
Kyra Schoonover is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining Munger Tolles, Ms. Schoonover clerked for the Honorable Richard A. Paez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Ms. Schoonover earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and a member of the Criminal Justice Clinic.
She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in political science and history and a minor in spatial studies.
She serves on the board of the Women’s and Children’s Crisis Shelter, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency shelter and other resources to victims of domestic violence.
