Kathleen Foley

Kathleen Foley is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Prior to joining Munger, Tolles & Olson, Ms. Foley was a litigator at one of the nation’s top Supreme Court litigation firms. There, she represented and counseled clients in appeals to the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals. Ms. Foley is also a past Supreme Court Fellow at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Foley clerked for Judge Robert L. Wilkins of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge Alan C. Kay of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

Ms. Foley earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and graduated first in her class. While attending law school, Ms. Foley was a member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council and the Curriculum Committee. She received her undergraduate degree in English with an emphasis in writing from Pomona College.
