Jin Niu is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Niu served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He was also an associate at one of the nation’s top law firms in New York.
Mr. Niu earned his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law, where he served as executive editor of the New York University Law Review. He earned his B.A. in government from Bowdoin College. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Niu worked as a U.S. government consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
