Graham Wyatt is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Wyatt clerked for Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Nancy Brasel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Mr. Wyatt earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as notes editor of the California Law Review. At Berkeley Law, he won awards in his corporations, legal ethics, and criminal procedure courses, and he worked as a research assistant to Professor Frank Partnoy on various business law topics. Before law school, Mr. Wyatt was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He earned his A.B. in economics from Harvard University.
