Esthena L. Barlow

Esthena Barlow is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Before joining the firm, Esthena served as a law clerk for Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court. She previously clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable David J. Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Esthena also worked at the Georgetown Law Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, where she litigated complex public-interest cases and argued four appeals.

Esthena earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as an editor of the Stanford Law Review and participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Before attending law school, she worked as a data scientist in the technology industry. Esthena holds a B.S. in mathematics from Stanford University.
