

Overview
Cory Batza is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, as well as internal investigations and white collar criminal investigations.
She counsels clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit advising to securing litigation victories at the early dismissal stage and summary judgment.
Before joining the firm, Cory clerked for the Honorable John B. Owens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Percy Anderson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
While attending Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, she served as note and comment editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and successfully briefed and argued a case before the Ninth Circuit.
