

Overview
Claire Rogerson is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on high-stakes internal investigations and complex civil litigation.
Claire also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on impact litigation, including a taxpayer lawsuit challenging two California law enforcement agencies’ use of in-custody informants.
Prior to joining the firm, Claire was a Deputy Federal Public Defender in the Central District of California, where she represented clients from bail to sentencing and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
At the University of Chicago Law School, Claire was a Kirkland and Ellis Scholar, a comments editor for the University of Chicago Law Review and participated in the University of Chicago Federal Criminal Justice Clinic.
