

Overview
Andrew Nguyen is a litigator in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson who helps solve clients’ most challenging problems in high-stakes civil litigation and intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secret disputes.
Andrew successfully writes and argues motions, manages discovery and represents some of the largest technology companies, including Google, Intel and Applied Materials. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly around protecting and advancing LGBTQ+ rights.
Before attending law school, Andrew worked as an economic consultant, providing economic analysis to expert witnesses in securities and mass tort litigation.
