Adam Kwon is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Mr. Kwon joined the firm after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Otis D. Wright II of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. As a litigator, Mr. Kwon is experienced in handling intellectual property and commercial matters at any stage of a case.

Mr. Kwon earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as the brief writer for the Notre Dame Moot Court Board’s IP Team and as an articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law. He also participated in the Notre Dame Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided IP counseling and prosecuted patent and trademark applications.

Mr. Kwon received his B.S. in electrical engineering, with a minor in music recording, from the University of Southern California.
