

Overview
Wesley DeVoll is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson who maintains a diverse practice focusing on complex civil litigation.
At both the trial and appellate stages, his practice relates to numerous areas including contract and tort disputes, class actions and employment law. Wesley also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing individuals in immigration proceedings and winning asylum on their behalf.
Before joining the firm, Wesley clerked for California Supreme Court Justice Leondra R. Kruger and for Judge Michelle T. Friedland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
While attending Stanford Law School, Wesley received the Judge Thelton E. Henderson Prize for his work in Stanford’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. He was also awarded class prizes in Antitrust, Media, Technology and the First Amendment, Constitutional Law: The Fourteenth Amendment and Immigration Law, among others. He was an editor of the Stanford Law Review.
Wesley started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
