Overview

Sean Barry is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and investigations.

He has experience litigating in state and federal court, including writing dispositive motions, working with expert witnesses, taking depositions and managing discovery. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights.

At the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Sean was named a Michael T. Masin Scholar and awarded the Melville B. Nimmer Memorial Prize. He also served as a discourse editor for the UCLA Law Review and participated in the Supreme Court Clinic.
