

Overview
Sasha Yusuf is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Sasha served as a law clerk to Judge Kelley B. Hodge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also practiced as a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where he supported trial preparation in a high-stakes securities litigation matter. His work included drafting substantive motions, preparing direct and cross-examinations of expert witnesses, developing voir dire questions for jury selection and conducting client and witness interviews. He also contributed to a petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court.
While in law school, Sasha served as senior editor and diversity chair of the Columbia Law Review, won first place at the Columbia Law School Mock Trial Competition and served as a mediator in the Advanced Mediation Clinic. He received the Carol B. Liebman Prize for excellence in conflict resolution and the Whitney North Seymour Medal for outstanding promise as a trial advocate. He also externed for Judge Valerie E. Caproni of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Robert D. Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
At UC Irvine, Sasha was the commencement speaker and was selected as one of the top-16 undergraduate mock trial attorneys in the nation.
