Overview
Rosio Flores Arriaga is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson who has considerable experience advising and counseling companies in responding to government subpoenas and negotiating resolutions of actual or threatened government litigation.
She has represented clients in matters initiated by government agencies including the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also has significant experience working on complex internal investigations.
Rosio maintains an active pro bono practice and has provided pro bono representation in various complex impact litigation matters involving criminal justice and education.
At Southwestern Law School, she served as the editor in chief of the Southwestern Law Review and received 15 Faculty Awards for the highest performance in a course. During law school, Rosio served as an extern for the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Rosio enjoys hiking in her spare time.

Lyft in response to class and government actions brought in California by Lyft drivers, the California Attorney General, and several city attorneys, alleging drivers were misclassified as independent contractors.
Nexus Capital Management in connection with strategic advice.
MALDEF, the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund, in enforcement proceedings following a historic ruling that New Mexico was violating its state constitution by failing to provide sufficient public education. The ruling required injunctive relief to ensure schools have the resources to prepare students for college and careers.
An association of Orange County, California, taxpayers and People for the Ethical Operation of Prosecutors and Law Enforcement in a pro bono lawsuit against the Orange County District Attorney and the Orange County Sheriff.
