

Overview
Robert Bowen is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, trials and investigations.
His experience includes drafting and opposing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, managing discovery and appellate briefing.
Robert was part of the MTO team that worked alongside the Washington State Office of the Attorney General to win a permanent injunction prohibiting the $24.6 billion merger of the Kroger and Albertsons grocery chains. In another significant matter, Robert was a member of the trial team representing Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) at a multi-week preliminary hearing, resulting in a stipulated judgment dismissing all charges related to the Zogg fire.
Prior to law school, Robert served on the legislative staff of Senator Carl M. Levin.
