

Overview
Rebecca Sciarrino is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson who handles high-stakes commercial litigation with a focus on antitrust and general commercial litigation.
She has represented clients in the technology, surface transportation, higher education, consulting and manufacturing industries. She has first-chaired arguments at the trial and appellate levels, led the drafting process for numerous winning briefs, taken and defended depositions and counseled clients through each stage of litigation, including trial.
Her pro bono practice includes representing people seeking asylum and protection under the Convention Against Torture in immigration court.
Rebecca is an editor of the California Law Association’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Treatise. She is also an editor of the ABA’s Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments treatise.
